Maya's birthday party


We had a nice birthday party for Maya on Saturday, with about 30 guests. It was especially nice to have this party, as two of the family we are good friends with, will be leaving within a few weeks. Maya and Eric were overwhelmed with all the people at first, but then got to playing and eating with their friends. Eric now says that his birthday party will be today, and keeps singing the song and 'blowing the candles' on his cake made of blocks.

    Interesting does she understand who this celebration is for? And if she does how long will she remember it? My first BD party i remember (at least some parts of it) is the one when i got 6 y/o =)
